About
Helping You Work Smarter, Sound More Senior, and Get Ahead at Work
Hi, I’m Sarah
And, like many people early in their careers, I worked hard.
I delivered what was asked, stayed reliable, and focused on doing a good job. But for a long time, I didn’t fully understand how to stand out, how to communicate at a more senior level, or how to position myself for the next opportunity.
And I saw the same thing happening around me – talented people being overlooked, not because they lacked ability, but because they weren’t being seen in the right way.
Working Smarter
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve built a global career in marketing and communications management and leadership roles, working across organisations where clear communication, strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement are critical.
I’ve worked with senior leaders, supported teams through change and growth, and seen first-hand what actually makes someone stand out and progress.
It’s not just about doing the work well. It’s about:
– how you think
– how you communicate
– how others perceive your value
More recently, I began exploring how AI could support this.
Not in a technical way, but in a practical, everyday way, helping people:
– write more clearly
– prepare more confidently
– think more strategically
Used well, AI isn’t about replacing your thinking.
It’s about strengthening it.

Today, I help early-career marketers and communications professionals:
– use AI to improve how they communicate at work
– build confidence in meetings, emails and stakeholder conversations
– become more visible in the right way
– position themselves for their next opportunity
All without needing to be technical or use complicated tools.
My approach is simple 💛
Practical over theoretical.
Clear over complex.
Actionable over overwhelming.
Everything I share is designed to be used immediately in your day-to-day work.
